My goodness it is already more than half way through January 2009. We have been busy, busy. For those of you who don't know, we have a new Grandson, William Jay Rose born the 1st part of January to Patrick and Liz. He joins sister Sarah and big brother Sean. I went and spent a week with them a couple of days after he was born.


This is the 1st day we were there we took the kids to Lemon Park and had a great time playing soccer and swinging and playing on the playground. Then off to a bowling alley and more great fun. The whole family got together for a couple of days in LA to welcome the new baby



Actually we were all there the day Will was born. Spencer & Ashleigh, Porter & Talmage, Thomas & Kristin, Pat & I, Sarah & Sean were all at the aquarium in LA .


Uncle Thomas and Aunt Kristin were the best! The Stingrays were a hit and everybody got to touch one thanks to T&K.

After a late lunch we all went to the hospital to see Mom and Dad and new baby Will.

Papa Rose, Thomas & Kristin all left Sunday afternoon and Spencer, Ashleigh, Porter & Talmage stayed until Monday afternoon. Then we brought Mom and Will home and settled in for a week with a new baby brother.
